Before you submit anything to Voltage, please take note of the following advice. We are always on the lookout for new music, but we can only really work with self-financing bands. Also we generally only consider gigging UK acts for full album releases. If you have a home-studio based project, are based overseas, or a solo artist, then we are only likely to consider your material for addition to compilation albums which are mainly used for promotional purposes. Artists do retain ownership of all their work.
If you are considering a self-release and already have the funds for pressing, please let us know, we may be able to help with recording, pressing and promotion costs, providing your music passes the 'A&R' test.
Please note we do NOT download MP3's, please submit all demos on CD in AUDIO. Don't forget to include a brief biog (stick to the facts) and one or two photos and make sure your contact details are on the CD itself - phone no. and/or email address / website etc.
